Welcome to our Young Adults Ministry

Purpose:  Our purpose is to speak to a generation that sometimes gets lost in the transition of life. We seek to remind them that a pursuit of God and living for His purposes is the way to true and lasting happiness in life. Through the specific ministries listed below we connect and empower young adults to be successful in relationshps that lead to ministry, careers, marriage, and whatever life brings.

Introducing OCTANE    - A totally new and unique young adults ministry at Westside! Intense upbeat contemporary style worship, Powerhouse messages and Drama relevant to today's younger generation; reaching and equipping them for discipleship, evangelism, and outreach to fulfill their God-given purposes. Services will be the last Saturday night of each month starting at 6:30pm.

College & Careers Class - Our purpose is to provide an environment where young adults feel safe and comfortable sharing their life issues. Promoting an atmosphere that encourages personal relationship with God and relationships with other believers. In this ministry we build decision-making skills and we search out our life purpose and goals. We seek to understand Christianity versus other religions; and strive to find a place to use our gifts in the local church body. We meet on Sunday mornings after worship at the gray house with our leaders Erin and David Brower.

Life Group Ministry- Our Life Group meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm at the Gray House with Pastor Scott Foster. We also have Leadership Class on Sunday Nights at the Gray House at 6:30pm.

SWARM Ministry - Our purpose is to reach out through drama and song to speak of Jesus' love and draw hearts to His calling. Our ministry is a team of young adults working together to reach their peers for Christ and for kingdom purposes, while encouraging them to find a creative way to use their own talents for God. SWARM Ministry team is available for youth events, revivals, and other events by calling the church office.
