Westside's Principles of Excellence

5. We will emphasize quality when we plan a project, and in our staff meetings; and evaluate quality after an event.

6. We will invest time and resources in people to develop quality ministry skills and personal growth.

7. As leaders, we will clearly cast the Lord’s vision, modeling quality improvement, making it part of our ongoing ministry.

8. We will provide an open, safe and secure environment to share ideas.

9. We are a team.

10. We will establish appropriate measurements for each goal.

11. We will empower people to accept ownership.
